We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by personal check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

All merchandise is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with a product you must call the office within 10 days after receipt of order, or you may also notify us by going to the 'Contact page of the website. You must receive authorization before you return any merchandise. There is no refunds on shipping and handling charges. There are no refunds on opened CD's or DVD's. All returns must be carefully repacked in the original packaging. We will evaluate the item to determine if to replace or refund.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Handling and Shipping charges are extra and are calculated on total order basis. Retail tax (if applicable) is extra.
